Core Energetics offers a dynamic integration of thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and beliefs about yourself in the world to examine blocks to your vitality and life essence. Together we'll look at your life history as it relates to emotions or traumas being held in the body, greeting them with compassion in order to contact your life essence and joy through conversation, physical expression, and bodywork.

 

Core Energetics works holistically with the bodily system as a means of exploring our held-back feelings and unconscious beliefs we make from images in our life. Conversation, presencing, and physical techniques are used to support the expression of these feelings with the intention of bringing consciousness to them. The discharge and integration of this process is intended to bring greater awareness, presence, self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and a renewed connection to our physical, emotional, and spiritual vitality.
